The IIPA team has gone through the three initial stages of teamwork: forming, storming and norming. We know that an effective team is essential for the success of any business, especially startups. Therefore, we constantly worked on defining project goals, roles of each member, internal instructions and rules, etc. We have passed many technical and inter-member challenges during the project execution.

Now we have reached a stage where we know each other’s skills and can perform the necessary tasks. We have developed a strong trust among ourselves, and at least in the core team we do not need leadership. Therefore, we believe we are in the performing stage, which is the fourth of five team development stages.

IIPA core team benefits from members with good management and marketing experience in their previous startup collaborations, technical skills like machine learning, artificial intelligence and software development, and business experience specifically in BFSI and manufacturing sectors.
