Product Phase 4 Review & Marketing Sync

This article reports on your team’s Phase 4 product review and marketing alignment session. It highlights the introduction of intelligent descriptive and predictive data-mining nodes, a pre-execution compile system for process reliability, and refreshed marketing initiatives including a new landing page and client outreach with Panam and Engareh. The focus is on bridging analytics with operational processes and preparing for market scalability.

Product Phase 4 Review & Marketing Sync

Our leadership team met on Google Meet to review Phase 4 of product development and align on upcoming marketing moves. The session focused on adding descriptive & predictive data-mining nodes to our process environment, previewing the new website landing page, registering a “process compile before execution” feature, and planning client-facing activities (Panam, Engareh) alongside our Innovation Cluster documentation.

Attendees:
Iman Ahadi Akhlaghi (CEO), Ehsan Ahadi Akhlaghi (COO), Ehsan Abbaspour Baeigi (CBO), Majid Hatami (CTO)

Highlights

1) Product — Phase 4: Intelligent Data-Mining Nodes

We’re introducing ready-to-use nodes for:

  • Descriptive analytics: summary stats, anomaly scans, distribution checks

  • Predictive modeling: initial regression/classification

Why it matters: Faster time-to-insight, standardized outputs for downstream analytics, and a tighter bridge between intelligent processes and client dashboards.

Deliverables in scope:

  • Starter library of nodes with clear docs

  • SME-friendly user guides

  • Executable examples on sample datasets

2) UI & New Landing Page

We previewed a short clip of the redesigned landing page, featuring our value proposition, module overview, use cases, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).

Next up: finalize copy, refresh product screenshots, and ship a lightweight interactive demo for the Use Cases section to make evaluation simpler for prospects.

3) “Process Compile Before Execution” — Approved

To reduce runtime errors and surface incompatibilities earlier, we approved a compile stage prior to execution.

Initial technical notes:

  • Validate node dependencies and I/O schemas

  • Emit compile-time diagnostics (errors/warnings) with actionable tips

  • Provide a concise compile report to guide fixes

4) Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Panam & Engareh: We’ll upgrade prior pilot dashboards with an intelligent process layer, then schedule presentations with both teams.

  • Canada Marketing: We’ll consult with our advisor Dr. Sanjari on messaging, positioning, and channels (incubators/accelerators, case studies, outreach).

  • Innovation Cluster: Documentation is in progress—Phase 4 technical brief, roadmap, and upgraded dashboard exhibits.

Decisions & Owners

Product / Engineering

  • CTO (Majid Hatami): Design the internal API for Process Compile (validation interfaces, severity levels, compile report). Define the MVP node list (descriptive/predictive) with acceptance criteria and basic benchmarks.

  • COO (Ehsan Ahadi Akhlaghi): Orchestrate internal acceptance tests across three real-world data scenarios; synthesize feedback.

Marketing & Clients

  • CBO (Ehsan Abbaspour Baeigi): Prepare the “Dashboard + Intelligent Process” deck for Panam and Engareh and schedule both meetings. Collect short pilot quotes/results for the landing page and social.

  • CEO (Iman Ahadi Akhlaghi): Schedule a consultation with Dr. Sanjari (Canada GTM, network, entry pathways). Keep landing-page messaging aligned with market strategy.

Documentation & Ecosystem

  • CEO & COO (jointly): Complete the Innovation Cluster submission package and track status through submission.

What to Watch Next

Product KPIs

  • MVP nodes delivered (descriptive/predictive)

  • Compile pass rate across sample scenarios

Marketing/Sales KPIs

  • Presentations completed with Panam and Engareh

  • At least one published pilot case brief

Ecosystem KPIs

  • Submission completeness and initial feedback from the Innovation Cluster

We’re excited about the momentum in Phase 4—bringing analytics closer to the process, hardening reliability with compile-time checks, and showcasing the product with a sharper story and stronger client demos. More updates soon as we hit these milestones.
